Hardware Design Team Leader

About the role

Forecr.io, an NVIDIA hardware partner, is looking for a Hardware Design Team Leader to head its engineering team in Ankara. You will lead the development of advanced hardware solutions based on NVIDIA Jetson processors, driving projects from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, reviewing designs and ensuring best practices.
• Design and develop multi‑layer PCB hardware systems that integrate NVIDIA Jetson modules.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical and systems teams to deliver fully integrated products.
• Perform system evaluations, testing and troubleshooting to meet technical specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept, prototyping, validation to mass production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital hardware design.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex hardware projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Digital hardware design using NVIDIA Jetson processors.
• Simulation and analysis tools for high‑speed circuits.
• Design of 8‑plus layer PCBs with high‑speed interfaces such as USB 3, PCIe, 10 Gb Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, DDR3/4/5.
• Knowledge of CE, FCC, MIL‑STD‑810 and MIL‑STD‑461 compliance.
