Head of Data Analytics & Intelligence

About the role

Vision Adtech is an advertising technology and media intelligence company that turns data into actionable intelligence, helping media owners, agencies and brands improve performance. It is looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics & Intelligence to lead its analytical capabilities and contribute to AI-driven products, working in a hybrid setup in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data analytics and business intelligence strategies.
• Oversee data integration, modeling, analytics and performance measurement initiatives.
• Drive predictive analytics, anomaly detection and AI-powered decision-support models.
• Guide dashboards, KPI frameworks and business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, product development and business development teams and turn analytical findings into business insights.
• Strengthen analytical methodologies, data quality standards and governance.

Required profile

• Preferably 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data science.
• Proven experience leading analytical projects, teams or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills, and ability to link technical insights with business goals.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Preferred: experience in AdTech, digital media, marketing analytics, programmatic advertising, DOOH or media measurement.

Required skills

• SQL, Python, statistical analysis and data modeling
• Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms
• Machine learning, predictive analytics and ETL/ELT processes
