Head of Human Resources

About the role

HUGO BOSS is looking for a strategic and people-oriented Head of Human Resources to lead its HR department in Izmir. The role drives the people agenda in line with business objectives, ensures legal compliance, fosters a positive employee experience and builds an engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement HR strategies, policies and practices for blue-collar and white-collar employees
• Act as a trusted business partner and employer representative, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and corporate standards
• Drive performance through KPI/OKR management, performance evaluations, talent reviews and succession planning
• Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, promotion and workforce planning
• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability and employee well-being
• Ensure fair, value-based decisions across all employee lifecycle processes
• Manage HR budgets effectively
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders on aligned HR practices

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in Human Resources
• Strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition and talent management
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive organizational transformation
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent English; German is an asset
