Head of Product - Digital Investment Platforms

About the role

Wyser, an executive search firm within Gi Group Holding, is recruiting a Head of Product for one of Turkey's leading investment institutions. The role owns and drives the product vision, strategy and roadmap for web and mobile trading platforms, including the next-generation trading platform and Super App vision. Advanced English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating business, customer, operational and regulatory requirements into product requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through design, development, QA, release and post-launch optimisation.
• Drive customer-centric development through user research, usability insights and data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to identify new product opportunities.
• Prioritise initiatives and maintain roadmap integrity while balancing business value, customer impact, compliance and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including leadership of product managers or product teams.
• Proven experience building and scaling digital investment experiences on web and mobile, with hands-on product strategy, roadmap planning and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Product discovery, customer research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Experience with CRM systems, client portals, payment solutions or back-office platforms.
• Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Stocks, Options, VIOP, Crypto or multi-asset trading is an advantage; familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Turkish Capital Markets (SPK/CMB) regulations is preferred.
