Help Desk Specialist

About the role

Bulutistan is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join its Technology Operations Team. The role involves providing first‑level technical support to end users and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and connectivity services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, prioritize, and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding IT requirements.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, software, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose basic network connectivity problems and escalate complex incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support role (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and customer‑oriented communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage several support requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software installation, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and connectivity diagnostics.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT support documentation.
