About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working full‑time on‑site, you will be part of a team that values safety, quality standards and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and arranging objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
