About the role
Raffles Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to uphold the brand’s high standards of luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas according to established standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities in line with hotel procedures.
- Organise and maintain housekeeping equipment, including personal tools and cleaning chemicals.
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas such as corridors, fire‑escape routes, and service zones.
- Observe and anticipate guest needs to provide personalized service.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse, dynamic team.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
