About the role
We are seeking a passionate, detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at Aliée Istanbul, a luxury hotel within the Tersane Istanbul destination. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation while supporting a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to guarantee top‑level cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members while upholding brand standards.
- Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of English is preferred.
