HR Analytics & HRIS Intern

About the role

Eczacıbaşı Holding is looking for a motivated intern to support HR analytics and HRIS initiatives. You will work with HR, IT and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and develop reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, controlling and analysing HR data, including headcount, turnover and recruitment metrics.
• Support the development, testing and validation of Power BI dashboards and ensure data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Contribute to HRIS master data governance, data‑quality initiatives and the improvement of data flows between HR systems and analytics platforms.
• Explore opportunities for digitisation, automation and AI within HR processes.

Required profile

• 4th‑year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• Available to work at least 3.5 days per week for a long‑term internship.
• Strong interest in data analysis, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Good command of English and residence in Istanbul.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Basic experience with Power BI, SQL or Python.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
