HR Junior Specialist

About the role

Guess, a global fashion leader, is seeking a motivated HR Junior Specialist to support its operations across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus. You will work on training, recruitment, employer branding, and day‑to‑day HR tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of training programs, including logistics and communication.
• Assist onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new‑employee experience.
• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for retail and office roles, from job posting to candidate communication.
• Contribute to employer branding content across career platforms, social media and university events.
• Provide HR operational support for onboarding/offboarding, payroll, time‑and‑attendance, leave and employee records.
• Help maintain HR policies, handbooks and internal guidelines, and assist with HR reporting and data analysis.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• High level of confidentiality, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and planning abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
