Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist

About the role

Koç University seeks a Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and support HR initiatives across academic and administrative units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: need analysis, job posting, screening, interviews, offers.
• Explore and implement innovative recruitment channels and digital tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net.
• Support employer branding, candidate experience, and build talent pipelines through career fairs, alumni networks, and university collaborations.
• Prepare recruitment reports, conduct analysis, and collaborate with units for needs assessments.
• Assist with onboarding, development, and act as a trusted advisor on culture, engagement, and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and follow‑up skills.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with digital recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net).
