HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support our client’s industrial operations in Dilovası, handling day‑to‑day HR and administrative tasks. This role works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including personnel affairs and employee relations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate administrative services such as catering, transportation, workwear, and asset management with the Administrative Affairs team.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR processes and support the General Manager’s HR needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of administrative affairs and employee‑related processes.
• Experience in payroll, personnel affairs, and recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on approach with end‑to‑end ownership of HR operations.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented, and highly accountable.
• Willingness to work in the Dilovası area.
