HR Employee Central Analyst

About the role

Join Banvit MBRF, a leading Turkish food manufacturer and part of the global MBRF group, as an HR Employee Central Analyst in Istanbul. You will support HR operations by managing employee data, ensuring system accuracy, and contributing to digital HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, changes, and transfers.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and insights for business and HR decision‑making.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to employees and HR teams on system‑related issues.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll on data, compensation changes, and system updates.
• Assist HR transformation projects, tracking plans, timelines, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or HR systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Istanbul.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central or similar HR systems.
