HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead core Human Resources functions for a corporate client in Istanbul. The role will drive recruitment, performance management, compensation, payroll, and employee experience while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.
• Analyze workforce needs and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Oversee performance management systems to foster employee development.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits administration.
• Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs.
• Coordinate payroll and HR operations to ensure accurate execution.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare regular HR reports and present insights to senior management.
• Lead and support the HR team to ensure effective collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Hands‑on experience across recruitment, employee experience, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage HR processes strategically and operationally.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Good command of English.
