HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Codeway is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate records, support payroll, and enhance employee experience in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding, offboarding and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Handle employment contracts, personnel files, policy acknowledgements, and official document requests.
• Coordinate statutory obligations and labor‑law notifications with external payroll and legal partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles by preparing and validating inputs, employee changes, and leave records.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, leave, and documentation inquiries.
• Oversee benefits operations, including private health insurance, and liaise with external vendors.
• Organise employee surveys, HR communications, and internal HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
