Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Ödeal, a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for its business units and own the end‑to‑end people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all HR processes within assigned units, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, talent management, employee relations, budgeting and exits.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs, design people solutions and implement talent‑management initiatives.
• Analyse HR data, prepare reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Act as trusted advisor to managers on employee‑lifecycle challenges and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Gather employee insights, address engagement topics and support internal communication and engagement activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in fintech or high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering organisational development and talent‑management projects.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong people‑analytics interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
