Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a senior Human Resources Executive to lead our HR team at AKSA’s Yalova manufacturing plant. The role focuses on compensation management, payroll, HR analytics and job evaluation, ensuring alignment with Turkish labor regulations and corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR team, support employee development, and manage performance.
• Implement and maintain the company’s compensation management system and methodology.
• Oversee the job evaluation system and conduct market compensation surveys.
• Analyze salary structures, benefits, and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legislation.
• Coordinate statutory reporting with SGK, the Ministry of Labour, İŞKUR and other authorities.
• Conduct workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount analysis.
• Manage labor cost budgeting and cost analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managerial roles in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security (SGK) regulations and related legislation.
• Experience with compensation methodologies, salary structures and job‑evaluation frameworks such as Korn Ferry, Mercer or Willis Towers Watson.
• Proven ability in workforce planning, organizational design and labor cost management.
