Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with experience in EPC and Oil & Gas who is eager to learn the offshore sector and can thrive in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment alongside a local and international team in Çaycuma, Zonguldak. The role will coordinate recruitment processes, support workforce planning, and maintain strong communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for offshore positions
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
• Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements
• Support talent pipeline creation for ongoing and future projects
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout recruitment stages
• Support onboarding, mobilization, and documentation processes when required
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment within Offshore, Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Energy sectors
• Familiarity with offshore workforce structures and rotational positions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Good command of English
• International recruitment exposure is an advantage
