Human Resources Manager

About the role

Mod Offshore is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at its Çaycuma site. You will partner with the central HR department to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, payroll and compliance, supporting the company’s growth in the offshore and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in coordination with MOD central HR.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and orientation programs to build a skilled, culturally aligned workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, policies and procedures.
• Implement and oversee a performance management system that drives employee growth.
• Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Monitor industry trends and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with central HR to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in marine, oil & gas, renewable energy or offshore engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Project‑management experience and ability to institutionalise HR processes.
• Excellent budgeting, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
