Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to act as an HR Business Partner for assigned functions, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives and organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure the right talent is attracted and onboarded.
• Follow up on performance, talent and career management processes in coordination with relevant teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and development needs.
• Handle HR‑related requests from employees and managers efficiently.
• Analyze HR data, generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and legislation.
• Collaborate with business units to improve HR effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment, performance management, talent management and employee experience.
• Understanding of Turkish Labour Law and related legislation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Adaptable, development‑oriented and willing to take ownership.
• Interest in AI and digital tools, with hands‑on experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
