Human Resources Manager

About the role

ERENSAN, a Turkish boiler manufacturer founded in 1966 and headquartered in Istanbul, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (m/f) to lead and structure the HR function. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the International HR team, you will act as a strategic business partner while ensuring operational excellence across all HR topics. The position is based in Arnavutköy, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, contributing to business strategy through HR insights and workforce planning, and leading HR transformation and change management.
• Manage industrial and employee relations: union and stakeholder relations, sensitive topics such as reorganizations and workforce adjustments, and compliance with Turkish labour law and group policies.
• Oversee core HR operations (payroll, administration, contracts, reporting), ensure compliance and continuous improvement, and monitor HR KPIs.
• Define and manage the compensation strategy, lead salary review cycles and budgeting.
• Drive talent review, succession planning, leadership development, manager coaching and a performance and feedback culture.
• Lead or contribute to Group HR projects (e.g. HRIS, process harmonization) and align with Groupe Atlantic standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 10 years of confirmed HR experience, including industrial environments and an international dimension.
• Proven HR leadership, team management and support of business transformation.
• Comfortable in a matrix organization, with strong adaptability, critical thinking and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
