Human Resources Partner Professional Marmara

About the role

The Human Resources Partner Professional will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees across the Marmara region, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR solutions covering employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning and development.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labour laws and CEVA Logistics Turkey policies.
• Lead training sessions, workshops and employee‑engagement activities.
• Collaborate with recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development teams to deliver integrated HR services.
• Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports for senior management and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labour legislation.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with modern HR information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
