Human Resources Senior Specialist

About the role

As a leading Food & Beverage Services company, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resources Senior Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition activities at our Head Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Head Office recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and select appropriate recruitment methods.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain qualified talent pools.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assessments, personality inventories and reference checks.
• Present candidates, coordinate selection, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Handle salary offers, job offers and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding preparations and new‑hire start‑up processes with relevant departments.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, SLA, sourcing effectiveness) and develop improvement recommendations.
• Support employer branding, university relations and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Participate in HR digitalisation projects, analytics and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with competency‑based interviewing, candidate assessment and reference checks.
• Experience in workforce planning and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
