Human Resources Smart Start Internship

About the role
Join Bosch Group’s Human Resources Smart Start program as an intern at our Istanbul headquarters. This role is open to 3rd‑year undergraduate or postgraduate students in engineering, economic management or related fields, working a minimum of three days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Contribute to internal HR initiatives.
- Help with administration and reporting tasks.
- Support the Smart Start Internship Program.
- Assist in organizing employer branding events.
Required profile
- 3rd‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in a relevant discipline.
- Experience from academic projects or previous internships.
- Very good command of English.
- Collaborative, customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn and develop in HR.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
