Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Specialist to join our Manisa HR team. You will work across the full HR spectrum, supporting a growing manufacturing organization with an international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Support compensation, benefits, time‑management and payroll‑related activities.
• Handle work‑permit applications and processes for foreign employees.
• Organise and coordinate domestic and international business travel for staff.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture‑building and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labour law and internal HR governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams on HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience across core HR functions.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Turkish labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience with work‑permit processes and travel organisation is a plus.
• Based in Manisa or willing to relocate.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, people‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
