Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department of a manufacturing client serving white goods, automotive, and electronics industries. The role involves managing recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection for blue‑ and white‑collar positions, coordinate with departments and keep records.
• Organise, document and track training activities according to the annual plan and deliver orientation sessions.
• Run career management and performance system processes, track development matrices and report results.
• Ensure implementation, follow‑up and documentation of disciplinary regulations.
• Prepare job descriptions, revise HR procedures and support employee satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially white‑collar recruitment.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2) foreign language proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ethical, honest and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Canias or SAP.
