Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The company, a leader in the building materials sector, seeks an HR Specialist to design and deliver learning and development initiatives while driving talent acquisition and employer branding. This role blends L&D ownership with recruitment marketing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify capability development needs and support learning initiatives with business leaders and HRBPs.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate learning programs, managing the annual training cycle.
• Own onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across career sites, social media, and university engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in L&D, talent acquisition or talent management within a manufacturing or matrix‑structured organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus.
