Human Resources Specialist - Performance Management and HR Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to lead performance management and HR analytics initiatives. You will act as an HR Business Partner, ensuring a positive employee experience while delivering data‑driven insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as an HR Business Partner, managing recruitment, onboarding, promotions, compensation and workforce planning.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development.
• Generate HR insights through data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting and workforce analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of HR processes using automation, analytics and AI‑driven solutions.
• Coordinate employee well‑being, employer branding and innovation programs.
• Oversee HR governance activities such as compliance, vendor management, data privacy (GDPR/KVKK) and information security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management or HR Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and employee relations; basic labor legislation knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; German considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
