About the role
The Hungarian Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Üsküdar. The role focuses on engaging Hungarian‑speaking patients and partners, providing clear information about hospital services, treatment options, and health‑tourism packages.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Guide patients through appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and support before, during, and after their visit.
- Maintain accurate records in hospital systems and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and international patient teams to ensure smooth coordination of care.
- Contribute to sales targets and marketing initiatives aimed at the Hungarian market.
Required profile
- Fluency in Hungarian and very good command of English; Turkish is an advantage.
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in healthcare sales, patient coordination, or international patient services.
Required skills
- Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English.
