International Sales Leader

About the role

The International Sales Leader will drive brand recognition and sales growth for KoçMedical | Bıçakcılar across global markets, managing the full sales cycle and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in international markets.
• Manage sales activities, prepare quotations, samples and promotional materials, and follow up with customers.
• Monitor tender opportunities, prepare complete tender submissions, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while acquiring new business.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with Quality, and communicate resolutions.
• Oversee order fulfillment, production and shipment processes, keeping customers informed.
• Conduct regular visits to customers within the assigned region to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, congresses and promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical devices industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
