Implementation Consultant – Strada Pay (Turkey)

About the role

The Strada Pay Implementation Consultant will act as the functional lead for payroll system deployments in Turkey. You will guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring the Strada Pay solution is configured, tested and transferred effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing functional workshops and capture payroll configuration requirements.
• Identify and address deviations from Strada Pay standards and product processes.
• Collaborate with Strada’s Product team to configure the payroll solution.
• Validate the solution and its integrations during testing cycles.
• Perform data validations and support data mapping across all systems.
• Coordinate defect resolution and manage integration issue escalations.
• Provide knowledge transfer for ongoing application services and operational payroll teams.
• Maintain and update the project plan, supporting UAT, parallel testing and workaround definitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in functional consulting or analytics within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
• Strong knowledge of Turkey’s payroll regulations, tax and legislation.
• Hands‑on experience with the full payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and documentation skills.
• Creative problem‑solving and proactive stakeholder management.
• Ability to propose feasible alternative solutions and assess costs.
