Payroll Implementation Consultant – Strada Pay (Turkey)

About the role

Strada Pay is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead functional deployments of its cloud‑based payroll engine in Turkey. You will act as the primary client liaison, translating business requirements into configuration, testing, and go‑live activities while ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional kick‑off meetings and capture payroll configuration data from clients.
• Identify and address deviations from Strada Pay standards.
• Collaborate with Strada’s Product team to configure the payroll solution.
• Validate payroll solution and integrations during testing cycles.
• Perform data validations, support defect resolution, and oversee UAT and parallel testing.
• Provide knowledge transfer to delivery and operational payroll teams.
• Maintain and update project plans, data mapping, and issue resolution logs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant in payroll outsourcing or payroll software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish payroll regulations, tax and legislation.
• Full understanding of the payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to propose creative, cost‑effective solutions and proactively solve problems.
