About the role
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to deliver exceptional in‑room dining experiences for guests at Raffles Istanbul. The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to maintain luxury service standards under pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Present menu items accurately and suggest appropriate food and beverage pairings to enhance sales.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Operate POS systems with high accuracy for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic team.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach, especially during high‑volume operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Knowledge of fine‑dining service standards, table setup, and service protocols.
