Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Aydınlı Group’s enterprise IT environment. This role ensures high availability, security, and performance of both on‑premises and cloud platforms supporting a large retail operation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Azure services including VMs, virtual networks, storage, load balancers, backup, and Site Recovery.
• Manage Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), hybrid identity, and Microsoft 365 hybrid configurations.
• Operate VMware vSphere environments, handling capacity planning, performance tuning, and support.
• Maintain core Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, Certificate Services, and Exchange Hybrid/DAG.
• Oversee endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Administer SAN, physical servers, and enterprise backup/disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Monitor system performance, analyze alerts, conduct capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects from design through production deployment and provide on‑call 24/7 support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise system administration experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Proven experience managing VMware vSphere and hybrid identity solutions.
