About the role
ATG Law Firm in Istanbul is seeking a full‑time Intellectual Property Lawyer to join its team on‑site. The role involves providing legal advice on IP matters, representing clients in disputes, and managing trademark, design and patent applications.
Key responsibilities
- Active participation in civil and criminal IP litigation.
- Handling IP prosecution matters before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
- Maintaining client communications and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IP law as a lawyer.
- Admission to the Istanbul Bar Association.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated with ability to manage intense workload.
