Internal Audit Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh Türkiye is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager to join its Istanbul office. You will work within the Three Lines of Defence model, providing independent assurance to the Board and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audits, test control design and operating effectiveness, and deliver the annual audit plan.
• Collaborate with first and second lines, communicate issues and root causes, and track remediation.
• Lead internal audits, special projects, and data‑analytics‑driven reviews.
• Support risk assessment, resource planning, budget oversight and staff development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of audit experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication, presentation and training skills.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, result‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of audit methods, internal control concepts and data‑analytics techniques.
