Internal Audit Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh Türkiye is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager to join its Istanbul office. You will work within the Three Lines of Defence model, providing independent assurance to the Board and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audits, testing control design and operating effectiveness.
• Deliver the annual risk and regulatory audit plan and conduct local regulator‑required audits.
• Communicate issues, root causes and track remediation, influencing business actions.
• Lead internal audits, special projects and support the risk assessment process.
• Build strong relationships with business teams and support presentations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, finance or related field.
• 7+ years of audit experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of audit methods and internal control concepts.
• Experience with data analytics and technology‑enabled audit techniques.
