International Business Development Manager

About the role

Elaves builds a screen-free, AI-powered early learning ecosystem for children aged 0-6; its first product, Sunny, is a patented smart toy delivering personalized audio content in Turkish, English and Spanish. It is looking for a team member who wants to take end-to-end ownership of growth, from the first ad a parent sees to the moment Sunny is added to their cart.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the network of business partners across international markets
• Research and prioritize potential partners, initiate outreach and establish relationships
• Present Sunny to prospects, lead discussions, negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Manage onboarding of new partners and coordinate with internal teams
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and drive sales growth
• Represent Elaves at industry trade shows
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report regularly
• Share market insights and partner feedback with product and marketing teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or international channel management
• Proven track record of opening new accounts, entering new markets and closing deals with self-sourced partners
• Experience with international business partners
• Willingness to travel internationally

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus
• Outbound sales, prospecting and CRM proficiency
• Solid understanding of pricing, commercial terms and order management
• Curiosity about agentic AI and active use of AI tools
