International Patient Coordinator

About the role

A facial plastic surgery clinic in Nişantaşı, Istanbul is looking for an International Patient Coordinator to support its international patients through their treatment journey and help with the clinic's daily administrative and operational needs. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist international patients
• Coordinate consultations, surgery schedules, hospital admissions and postoperative visits
• Accompany patients during hospital and clinic processes when needed
• Coordinate transfers and accommodation
• Communicate with patients before, during and after their stay in Istanbul
• Maintain patient information in the clinic system and prepare and issue patient invoices
• Handle basic clinic documentation and administrative tasks
• Keep examination room equipment and instruments clean and ready, and monitor clinic supplies
• Coordinate with hospitals, hotels, drivers and other service providers

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both in the clinic and in the field
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality or patient coordination is preferred
