About the role
We are seeking a dedicated International Patient Coordinator for a short‑term, part‑time assignment (Nov 4 – Nov 14 2026). The role involves guiding international patients through their entire medical travel experience, from airport arrival to post‑consultation follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients at the airport and accompany them throughout their travel and medical journey.
- Provide clear treatment information and personalized guidance before, during, and after consultations.
- Coordinate appointments, logistics, accommodations, and follow‑ups to ensure a seamless experience.
- Act as the central communication bridge between the clinic, hospital, medical team, and patient.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical tourism or healthcare coordination.
- Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving abilities and a patient‑centered mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Current residence in Istanbul (preferably Bağcılar or nearby) for on‑site coordination.
