International Patient Sales Specialist (English Speaking)

About the role

Milim Dental International, a dental clinic in Bursa, Turkey offering advanced treatments to international patients, is hiring an enthusiastic, results-driven International Patient Sales Specialist for its international patient coordination and sales team. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Contact international patients by phone, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Follow up with potential patients who have asked for treatment information.
• Explain treatment plans, pricing and patient services clearly and professionally.
• Convert enquiries into consultations and confirmed treatment appointments.
• Coordinate online consultations with the doctors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage patient follow-ups.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with international patients.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in sales, call centers or customer relations.
• Target-oriented, organized and proactive; comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads.
• Able to work full-time, on-site in Bursa.
• Experience in healthcare, dental tourism or international sales is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• CRM use for contact management and follow-ups.
