International Sales Specialist (Health Tourism) – Remote Night Shift

About the role

Metropolmed is seeking an International Sales Specialist to join its health tourism team. The role is fully remote, operating on a night‑shift schedule, and focuses on guiding international patients from first contact through treatment planning while ensuring a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patient leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to treatment planning.
• Identify patient needs, present suitable medical treatment options, and close sales.
• Maintain a high‑quality patient experience and represent the brand with a focus on satisfaction.
• Accurately record patient and sales data in the CRM system and generate activity reports.
• Participate in periodic in‑person meetings and training sessions at the Istanbul office.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Advanced French or Russian is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare, health tourism, call centres, or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Strong communication, patient‑focused, solution‑oriented, and resilient attitude.
