Inventory, Supply & Export Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory, Supply & Export Planning Specialist to own inventory planning across our domestic and international operations. The role ensures product availability, anticipates stock risks, translates sales forecasts into clear purchasing requirements, and supports export and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and plan SKU‑level inventory across Turkey and international warehouses/3PL locations.
• Prepare demand forecasts using historical sales, velocity, campaigns, seasonality and growth targets.
• Determine purchasing and production needs by considering current stock, incoming orders, forecasts, safety stock and supplier lead times.
• Provide Purchasing with recommendations on what, when and how much to order.
• Define and continuously monitor minimum, maximum, safety stock and reorder levels.
• Identify potential stock‑out risks early and coordinate preventive actions.
• Analyze overstock and slow‑moving inventory and propose corrective actions.
• Plan inventory allocation, replenishment and stock transfers between domestic and international sites.
• Coordinate shipments from Turkey to international warehouses, distributors and 3PL locations.
• Support export operations, customs processes and international logistics, including documentation.
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory, risk, turnover and supply requirement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, demand or supply planning, or export operations.
• Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, retail or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, export documentation and Incoterms.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
