IT & Network Manager

About the role

The company seeks a hands‑on IT & Network Manager to lead the design, security and operation of its IT infrastructure across headquarters and field sites. You will ensure a reliable, scalable environment that supports business growth and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and secure LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall and Wi‑Fi networks; manage segmentation, high availability and monitoring.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, patch and vulnerability management, endpoint protection, SIEM logging and incident response.
• Lead regulatory audits and compliance with KVKK, ISO 27001 and the CBDDO security guide, preparing evidence and coordinating corrective actions.
• Manage SCADA/OT network security, remote access and IT/OT segregation in collaboration with Operations.
• Plan, test and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Oversee servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage, backup solutions and guide the technical team.
• Control IT vendors, service contracts, software licences and the annual IT budget.
• Support digital transformation projects, ERP infrastructure and process automation.
• Provide second‑level support and end‑user training, measured by service level metrics.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with cybersecurity compliance, audits and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and CBDDO.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SCADA/OT environments; IEC 62443 a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to travel throughout Turkey.

• Endpoint protection, vulnerability/patch management, SIEM and incident response.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, enterprise backup.
• Basic to intermediate Linux command‑line administration.
• SCADA/OT network security, remote access and segregation.
• Certifications (preferred): CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, CISSP/CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ITIL.
