IT Operations Specialist – Office & Warehouse Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Operations Specialist to provide first‑line support for our Istanbul office and multiple locations across Turkey. You will be a key technical resource, ensuring smooth operation of PCs, networks, and AV equipment while delivering high‑quality service to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote 1st line support for office and warehouse environments, handling incidents and service requests.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth) and support AV equipment in meeting rooms.
• Ensure compliance with security processes and tools, and participate in ad‑hoc IT projects.

Required profile

• Strong sense of urgency with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and supporting diverse business processes.

Required skills

• Advanced desktop usage, Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, and mobile device management.
• PC setup including BIOS configuration, OS installation, and connectivity (LAN, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth).
• Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio).
• Basic network troubleshooting and AV equipment handling.
