IT Procurement Manager

About the role

Hepsiburada is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and acquisition of technology solutions that support its fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. You will work closely with technology, legal, finance, compliance and business teams to ensure optimal cost, quality and risk management across all IT spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for software, hardware, cloud services, licensing and IT outsourcing.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Draft, review and enforce contracts, SLAs, payment terms, penalties and termination clauses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Track and report on cost savings, supplier performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 8‑9 years of experience in procurement, with strong focus on IT categories.
• Proven expertise in contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
