Test Engineer

About the role

Medianova is seeking a detail‑oriented Test Engineer to strengthen the quality assurance of its web platforms and backend services. You will design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated tests to ensure high reliability and performance for our global CDN, security, and streaming solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications to uncover bugs and usability issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression suites using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Execute API testing with Postman and REST‑Assured to validate backend services.
• Document test cases, bug reports, and procedures in TestRail or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to provide testing feedback throughout development cycles.
• Monitor automated test runs, investigate failures, and log issues in Jira and ClickUp.
• Participate in release planning, verify bug fixes, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance with strong manual testing abilities.
• Solid understanding of black‑box testing techniques such as boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
