IT Support & Digital Solutions Specialist

About the role

Sika AG is seeking an experienced IT Support & Digital Solutions Specialist to provide first‑line and second‑line support, lead digital projects and deliver training across its Istanbul office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, systems and business application support, manage user accounts and ensure system availability, performance and security.
• Lead and coordinate IT and digital projects from initiation to delivery, applying Agile or Waterfall methodologies and producing project plans, status reports and documentation.
• Deliver IT and digital skills training, develop user guides and knowledge‑base articles, and support employee onboarding on IT systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, support data‑driven decision‑making and identify automation opportunities.
• Continuously improve IT services, contribute to digital transformation initiatives and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support or service delivery role within a business environment.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and delivering user training.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies (Teams, SharePoint).
• Power BI reporting and data visualisation.
• IT support for hardware, software and business applications.
• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Prosci).
• Automation and process‑improvement tools.
