IT Support Specialist

About the role

Doktar, an agritech company focused on data‑driven agriculture, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep its hybrid workforce productive. You will maintain hardware, software, and network services while supporting security and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for employee hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update hardware inventory, track device lifecycles, and coordinate purchases, repairs, and renewals with vendors.
• Enforce IT and security policies across devices and systems.
• Prepare devices for new hires, handle disposals, and document handovers.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with ISPs when required.
• Administer tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, and HubSpot, managing users, permissions, licenses, and security settings.
• Support ISO, KVKK, and GDPR compliance by gathering logs, creating reports, and maintaining documentation.
• Create simple guides for company accounts, devices, and tools; assist onboarding and ongoing training.
• Record support requests, solutions, and recurring problems for future reference.

Required skills

• Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device maintenance.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Jira and HubSpot user and permission management.
• Basic networking concepts (LAN, DNS, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN).
• Familiarity with MDM, IT asset management, and inventory tools.
• Basic scripting or automation experience.
• Awareness of security best practices (password management, MFA, encryption, patching).
