About the role
Hipertech is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to develop practical AI applications for engineering, automation, and internal workflows. New graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome, with emphasis on personal projects and academic work.
Key responsibilities
- Help build and test AI‑powered tools for business and engineering needs.
- Work with large language models, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze data for AI applications.
- Support integration of AI features into existing software.
- Test AI outputs for accuracy and reliability, documenting findings.
- Collaborate with the engineering team while developing technical skills.
Required profile
- Basic proficiency in Python gained through coursework, projects, or work experience.
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning.
- Familiarity with Git and how APIs work.
- Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate ideas and work collaboratively.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent self‑taught experience.
